RNCM to host Mead adjudication seminar

RNCM Festival of Brass weekend to host criteria based adjudication seminar.

Mead

Not only will the 2011 Festival of Brass weekend host a number of performances from some of the leading UK bands and soloists, but it will also provide the backdrop as a venue for an open seminar on the question of criteria based adjudication.

Discussion

Although organised by Steven Mead, the euphonium star hopes that it will provide an ideal opportunity for interested parties to discuss the pros and cons of the topic in greater detail.

Steven recently released his findings on the subject and hopes that these will be discussed at length at the RNCM on Friday 28th January from 1.30pm -5.00pm.

Feedback

Steven told 4BR: "I've had considerable feedback to the report and the response so far has been incredibly positive. I hope as many people as possible can attend to put their differing views forward."
