New and old at Ireland Colliery

There are some new faces replacing some old ones at Ireland Colliery (Chesterfield)

After a few old faces left the band in the last few months, Ireland Colliery (Chesterfield) has announced the arrival of replacements in time for their appearance at the Bolsover Entertainment next month.

New players

Paul Harding comes in on soprano, Karen Squires takes the flugel seat, Susan Doxey joins the cornet section and Faith Whatley joins on solo cornet.

The band is now back to full strength with the rehearsals well under way for the Bolsover contest in a few weeks time.
