FABB to host ABC Forum

The Federation of Australasian Brass Bands is set to host the 2010 Australasian Band Composers & Conductors Forum.

The Federation of Australasian Brass Bands in association with the Qdos Institute of Musical Arts will host the second Australasian Band Conductors & Composers (ABC) Forum as part of FABB Fest 2010.

The 3 part ABC forum will be presented by a panel of international speakers including Ludovic Neuhror (Switzerland), David Horsfield (England) and Professor David King.

Chairman of FABB Rick Casagrande commented, “The newly formed ABC forums initiated by Musical Advisor, Professor David King, is part of an educational programme developed by the Qdos Institute of Musical Arts.

The ABC forum for both composers and conductors directed by David King, Ludovic Neuhror, and David Horsfield takes place on the opening day of FABB Fest 2010, Friday 22 October at the Twin Towns Services Club, Coolangatta.

Tintwistle Band
