Black Dyke's Richard Marshall, will be in Wales th8is weekend to present a free masterclass.

The Black Dyke principal cornet player will be at the Tongwynlais Village Hall at 10.30am on Saturday 3rd July in a free event, hosted by City of Cardiff (Melingriffith) Band.
The masterclass is open to cornet, flugel and trumpet players of all ages and ability.

MD, Gareth Ritter told 4BR: "It will provide an excellent opportunity for players of all standards to learn some of the latest and most effective playing techniques from a real master of the art."
The masterclass forms part of a weekend of celebration for the band, which was declared Second Section Champion Band of Great Britain at Harrogate last September.
