Philip Cobb, the current Joint Principal Trumpet at the London Symphony Orchestra, is getting ready to give his debut concerto performance next month with the Docklands Sinfonia Orchestra in London.

Philip will be performing the 'Arutunian Trumpet Concerto' in what will be his first solo concerto performance since taking up the prestigious LSO post last year at the age of 21.

The orchestra will also be building on its track record of promoting young British composers with the World Premiere of 'Moscow Festival' by Rob Davies.
The Docklands Sinfonia has just been rated as one of London's top five non-professional orchestras by 'Classical Music' magazine.
