The 2010 Malton Brass Contest has been cancelled.
The Yorkshire and Humberside Brass Band Association has informed 4BR that owing to a shortage of entries, this year’s Malton Brass contest, due to take place in November, has been cancelled.
Hopes for 2011
Catherine Stallybrass of YHBBA told 4BR though: "We hope for a successful contest in 2011."
