The organisers of the 2011 Butlins National Mineworkers’ Open Brass Band Festival have informed 4BR that all details about their 2011 event will soon be sent out to interested bands.

Schedules and entry forms

The schedules and entry forms along with accommodation information for the 2011 contest to take place at the Butlins Skyline Resort, Skegness on weekend of the 21st January, have been produced and will be sent out from 1st July, to all bands currently on their data base.

All other bands wishing to receive this information should contact the Contest Administrator Brian Eggleshaw by mail or e-mail, giving their full address and contact telephone numbers.

Invitation

Championship bands are reminded that due to the success of the top section contest, the event is invitation only, although a waiting list is in operation for possible vacancies.
