In the latest 4BR video interview from Linz, 4BR Editor Iwan Fox talks to Dr Reinhard Mattes, Director of the Upper Austrian Culture Department and EBBA President Ulf Rosenberg.

Both men gave Conference presentations — Dr Mattes on the promotion of culture in the Upper Austrian Region, and Ulf on the vexed question of open or closed adjudication.
