Saynor fills Foden's Neish

Gavin Saynor heads to Foden's to replace Les Neish in the Brass in Concert champions bass section.

Following the recent departure of Les Neish, Foden's have announced the signing of Gavin Wyn Saynor on solo Eb tuba.

Respected

The respected Welshman has previously played for Fairey, Leyland and YBS, and has a growing reputation as a succesful conductor with the Deiniolen Band.

Speaking about his appointment Gavin told 4BR: "I'm very excited about joining Fodens. They are a fantastic band and I have always enjoyed being a guest with them. I look forward to joining on a permanent basis and being part of their formidable bass section."

Gavin also thanked his former band, Beaumaris: "I would like to wish Beaumaris all the best for the future. They are all close friends of mine and I will continue to help them out whenever I can. I look forward to playing with them at the Senior Trophy contest where hopefully I can help them to success."
