The 2nd Annual Lytham Brass Festival took place on Saturday 17th April at St Cuthbert's Church, Lytham.
Appreciative
Over 40 players took part in the various sections on the day, enjoyed by a small but appreciative crowd. Adjudicator Ian Brownbill said he enjoyed the day, commenting that all entrants would be better players for their experiences on the day, whilst giving constructive feedback after each section as well as written remarks.
The standard in the Quartet section was noticeably higher than last year, and the festival organisers hope to avoid some unfortunate date clashes next year.
