Brighouse aim for modern image

Yorkshire champion links with PR firm to increase profile and modernise its famous brand name.

Brighouse

The current Yorkshire Regional Champion Brighouse & Rastrick have joined forces with local company, Wright Angle Marketing Ltd (WAM), to increase their 'brand profile'.

The band has looked to enhance it's PR image and wanted to work with a marketing company to raise their profile, so when WAM contacted them to offer their services free of charge they were delighted.

We are very excited to be working with WAM who have an excellent reputation for achieving results for their clientsPaul Beaumont

Gratifying

Paul Beaumont, B&R President told 4BR: "We are very excited to be working with WAM who have an excellent reputation for achieving results for their clients. It is especially gratifying to know that there are companies out there who have agendas which are not based purely on finance."

Paul explained that WAM will be looking at the band's existing logo and brand identity and making suggestions on how they could modernise a famous image without losing its existing brand values.

Great feeling

Judith Wright from WAM told 4BR: "I was brought up on brass bands as my Dad was a huge fan of Brighouse & Rastrick, so I have seen them many times over the years. It is a fantastic opportunity for us to become part of something with such a history and on a personal level it is a great feeling to know my Dad would have loved it."
