Derwent Brass were lucky enough recently to be treated to a masterclass on Gaustav Holst's 'A Moorside Suite', by Foden's MD, Garry Cutt.

Garry took time out of his busy schedule to spend an exciting evening with the band on the First Section set work. The session was intense but thoroughly enjoyed by the band and Garry brought many interesting views on the piece.

In thanking Garry for his visit Musical Director Keith Leonard said that he hoped that it was the first of many trips to Derwent.
