Saddleworth's test pieces

All five Area works to be heard in Boarshurst later this month — all under the expert judging eye of Dr Roy Newsome.

A final reminder has been announced for the Saddleworth 'Test Piece' evening which will take place at Boarshurst Band Club, Greenbridge Lane, Greenfield, Saddleworth on Sunday 28th February.

Dr Roy Newsome has agreed to attend and will provide an informal adjudicate of all the performances.

All spectators are welcome and admission is only £1.00.

Boarshurst Silver, Uppermill, Dobcross Silver, Oldham Band (Lees) and United Co-op Milnrow Bands will provide the music, which starts at 7.30pm.
