Prince Charles and The Duchess of Cornwall were in Stoke-on-Trent on Friday to celebrate the centenary of the City.
They visited 'The Potteries Museum' to view the recently displayed Staffordshire Hoard and were entertained by the Trentham Band.
Rose to the occasion
MD Mike Caveney told 4BR: "It was a bitterly cold morning but the band rose to the occasion. The Duchess of Cornwall took the time to speak to Neil Lawton, one of our trombone players and Prince Charles addressed the band thanking them for their splendid entertainment."

The band are now continuing with their preparations for the forthcoming Midlands Area contest at Bedworth in March.
