New Wellingtons

The are some new Wellington signings in time for the Midlands Area Contest — including a Plumb job on trombone.

The Wellington (Telford) Band from Shropshire has announced several new signings ahead of the Midlands Area Contest.

Plumb job

Stephanie Plumb has joined on 2nd trombone, Stephanie Warr on bass trombone, Kelly Anson on first horn and Lauren Worthington on solo horn.

Cardiff return

Principal Cornet Heather Fury, who left to go to University in Cardiff last September, has decided to stay with the band and is travelling back weekly for rehearsals.

The band state they are enjoying rehearsing 'Kingdom of Dragons' and looking forward to performing it at Bedworth.
