A number of bands are doing their bit to help with the cost of disaster relief in Haiti.
Aid
The City of Chester Band and Farndon & District Bands last performed together in an aid concert for the Tsunami Appeal and this weekend they will come together again in a concert that they hope will raise in excess of £15,000 for the Haiti appeal.
The concert in Chester Cathedral on Sunday, starts at 7.00pm.
North West
Meanwhile, Besses O' th' Barn will be holding a charity concert with all the proceeds going directly to the Disasters Emergency Committee.
Starting at 7.30pm on Saturday 6th February the venue is Stand All Saints Church in Whitefield, just two minutes away from the band's historic bandroom.
Wales
And in Wales, the City of Cardiff (Melingriffith 2)Band makes its debut appearance at the Wales Millennium Centre on Sunday 31st January.
The band will play a programme of popular music on the Glanfa Stage at the Wales Millennium Centre, Cardiff Bay, from 1pm to 2pm.
Admission is free but the audience will be invited to contribute to a collection for the Haiti Disaster Fund.
