Buxton announce judges

David Horsfield and David Lancaster are the two men in the box at Buxton this year.

The Buxton Brass Band Festival will take place on 2nd May this year. The judges for the contest have been announced as David Horsfield and David Lancaster.

Prize money

All bands must play in their nationally graded section on own choice repertoire. The prize money sees a £400 first prize in each section and entries must be in by 12th April.
