In April and as part of the 'Music at Bangor' series run by Bangor University, Menai Bridge Porthaethwy Band have been invited to perform alongside Deiniolen and Beaumaris bands.

Master classes

To help Menai Bridge get to the event, the band has organised a workshop in Ysgol Garnedd, Bangor, with five instrumentalists who have strong links with the band.

Tuition

Dewi Griffiths, Arfon Owen, Aled Williams Jos Harris and Gavin Saynor will provide members of the Menai Bridge Intermediate and Junior bands with tuition, masterclasses and a short concert as they hope to raise funds to help the senior outfit meet the costs of attending the Bangor event.
