Following a £58,000 facelift, the Camborne Band is back in its bandroom.
The extended and refurbished bandroom was officially reopened last month by former bandsman Tom Ruse, whose father helped erect the original building almost 70 years ago.
Tom and Mark Cotton, Regional Head of the Big Lottery Fund, unveiled a plaque to mark the occasion.
Funding
Funding for the work came from the Lottery's 'People's Millions Award' in conjunction with ITV, and followed a vote by viewers.
Mark said he was delighted that the project had been so satisfactorily completed. The work was carried out by a local architect and builder.

Fully refurbished
Over the years the bandroom's condition had deteriorated and there were no toilets and no disabled access.
Camborne were able to move into the fully refurbished bandroom including new toilets, a kitchen, a library, new electrics and complete redecoration in time for their London Final preperation.
