Emley Brass conducted by Garry Hallas followed up it's win at the Whycavon Festival of Brass two weeks ago by taking first place at last Sunday's Bolsover Entertainment Contest.

MD Garry Hallas told 4BR: "I'm delighted with the victory. It comes on the back of working hard for Wychavon and then even harder to change our programme almost entirely in time for Bolsover. The band are playing well and are glad all the hard work is paying dividends."
