Fodens Brass workshop

Fodens set to host Brass Workshop in North Wales.

Fodens

Supported by Glyn Williams Musical Instruments, members of Fodens Band are to host a Brass Band Workshop at Coleg Meirion Dwyfor, Dolgellau, Gwynedd, Wales on Saturday 3rd October.

Annual event

After a highly successful workshop last year it was demanded by the local brass band enthusiasts that this must become an annual event. Over 70 players aged from as young as 8 years old to old age pensioners attended from all parts of Mid & North Wales.

Attendees at the workshop will not only have the chance to be tutored by some of the talented members of Fodens lead by Glyn Williams who himself hails from the local area4BR

Tutored

Attendees at the workshop will not only have the chance to be tutored by some of the talented members of Fodens led by Glyn Williams who himself hails from the local area, but will also have the opportunity to join forces on stage with Fodens that evening in a concert also to be held at the College.

Free workshop

The afternoon workshop is free of charge to all evening concert ticket holders (£10 for adults and £5 for under 16’s).

Tickets for concert including booking a place on the workshop can be obtained by contacting Llewela Williams on 01654710498 or Linda Williams on 01654712012 .

Registration
