Raunds Temperance Band has announced that Robin Norman has been appointed as their new Musical Director.

Rocky years

A spokesperson told 4BR: "After a few rocky years for Raunds we are looking forward to working with Robin and getting some stability back and working towards good concerts and contests and exciting times ahead."

Robin added: "I'm extremely happy to have been appointed and I look forward to working with Raunds over the coming months and years. They are a strong, committed and group of players with a great team spirit who I am sure will work extremely hard to achieve their potential and rise to the heights that their commitment deserves."
