The Albion Dockyard Silver Band from Bristol made its first apperance in 43 years last weekend atthe Albion Dockyard in their home city.
D Day
The occasion was the unveiling of the keel ceremony for the paddle steamer the 'Medway Queen'. It was fitting that this ceremony was held on the anniversary of D Day as the Medway Queen made a record seven trips to rescue 7000 allied troops from the beaches of Dunkirk.
