Strata Brass have continued to rebuild after retirement and university commitments.

New euphonium

Glen Turner has accepted the position of solo euphonium. Glen recently played with Kew Wind Orchestra and Regent Brass in London and was one of the founders of East Yorkshire Brass. The band are also in talks with two cornet players which will bring that section back to full strength.

Busy

The band are now busy preparing for the summer season, the highlight of which will be participation in the Durham Miners Annual Gala weekend.
