4BR has spoken exclusively to EBBA President Ulf Rosenberg just 36 hours before the 32nd European Brass Band Championships take place in the Kursaal Complex in Ostend in Belgium.

Ulf tell us what he is looking forward to over the weekend, as well as some of the non brass band highlights that can be found on the Albert I Promenade.
