Ian Perks, the former solo baritone player at Gresley Colliery Band has joined Amington Band in time to play with the band at the forthcoming Midland Area Contest.

Debut

Ian will debut with the band in the Third Section, and he told 4BR: "Im looking forward to bringing the experince that I've gained over the years to this ambitious and very friendly band. I have been made very welcomeon my return to playing since September last year."
