Following their successful appearances at the Stroud Brass Band Festival since 2001 Smithills School Senior Brass Band and MD Chris Wormald have confirmed they are to return to the subscription concert series in 2010.

The MD told 4BR: "We are naturally thrilled to be returning to Stroud for a fourth time and with concerts in many prestigious venues all over the country booked well in advance, we have plenty to look forward to in the coming months."
