City of Bristol Brass Band has announced the signings of Carole and Martyn Sudworth to their ranks following adverts placed on 4barsrest in December. They join on 2nd baritone and Eb bass respectively.

Dave Pennell told 4BR: "The band has also seen the recent addition of Verity Bonell on solo cornet and with the promotion of James Shearman, on second cornet, from the COBBB Training Band, the senior band is near to full strength for the forthcoming Area Championship."
