4BR — Festive articles

4BR will be busy over the Festive period with plenty for you to enjoy…(hopefully). There are three nice ones to start...

4BR

4BR has been busy making sure you will be able to enjoy plenty in the way of something to read this Christmas.

First up are three articles to tickle your fancy.

Alternative Awards

4BR has been racking its collective brains to come up with our ‘Alternative Awards’ for 2008.

Find out who we thought were worthy of a golden turkey prize for their efforts, with our list of our top 10 gaffes, disasters, turkeys and own goals of the past twelve months.

A Christmas Carol

Meanwhile, a little something to put you right in the Christmas spirit with something from a bygone age – and with an apology to Charles Dickens.

It’s the 4BR Christmas Carol – with a brass band twist….

Association help

Finally, Steve Chislett from the Wessex Brass Band Association makes a plea for help and understanding in 2009 – to keep brass band contesting on the road.
