Scottish Brass Band Association Development Officer Alan Edmond has told 4BR that hard work and forward thinking is starting to pay real dividends for the Scottish banding movement – as 21 youth bands in stage at Perth showed.

A vibrant and highly successful weekend of music making in Perth was rounded off with a host of performances to enjoy, whilst there is further good news for the future with funding in place from the Scottish Arts Council.
