4BR has been informed that Trevor Halliwell, MD of the Old Hall Band has resigned after nearly three years at the helm.

Trevor told 4BR: "I have enjoyed my time at Old Hall and the band has vastly improved over the last couple of years. However I feel it is time to move on and I would like to thank the band for all their efforts."

Not sever ties

He added: "I will not totally sever my ties with the band as I have many friends there and would hate them to lose the standard of performance they have achieved. I would like to wish the band and their officials the very best of luck for the future."
