Strata Brass recently returned to winning ways at the Wychavon Festival taking the top prize in the Second Section and also 'Best
Percussion' on the weekend.

Adjudicator Ken Dennison was in no doubt about the winners, commenting..."...what is this band doing in the Second Section?"

Secretary Paul Wilkinson told 4BR: "The band are delighted with the
performance and the result. We did what we do best, entertain the
public, which is where the future survival of the brass band movement has to be."
