The Rainford Band has welcomed two new faces to the bandroom.

Mike Edge joins from Longridge on percussion having previously played for Ashton Under Lyne, Besses, and Wingates, whilst Steve March comes in on solo trombone. Steve has previously played with GUS and Sellers.

Commenting on the new signings, Musical Director Neil Samuel could not hide his delight to 4BR: "Both Mike and Steve have both until recently played with some of the countries top bands and to sign players of this calibre is superb and indicates how strong the bands ambition is."
