Brighouse prepare for Open battle

Brighouse & Rastrick to open up for the Open — twice.

Brighouse and Rastrick has announced that they are holding two open rehearsals on Wednesday 10th and Thursday 11th September at 7:45pm ahead of the British Open Championships in Birmingham.

You can hear the band in their final preparations at the Central Methodist Church, Brighouse.

The set piece for this year is a new commission from popular composer Edward Gregson, ‘Rococo Variations’.

The band remains unchanged in personnel from their previous contest outing in June at the English National contest and are hoping to build upon the credible 3rd place they achieved in an extremely competitive fieldJohn Ingman
