Sir Richard Arkwright's Masson Mills Band have announced that their forthcoming concert at the Three Stags Head public house in Darley Dale, Derbyshire on Sunday 7th September has been cancelled by the venue at very short notice, due to its recent closure for refurbishment.
Wasted journey
A band spokesperson told 4BR: "We hope that any 4BR readers hoping to attend the concert will read this notice and not have a wasted journey.
The band is very disappointed that the event will not take place, as it had been looking forward to performing at the venue and putting on an excellent show."
