Wingates set to open at Bridgewater Hall

Wingates announce their programme to open the 2008 Great Northern Festival at Bridgewater Hall on September 6th.

Following their popular concert at the 2006 Great Northern Festival, Philip Biggs has announced that he has engaged Wingates, conducted by Andrew Berryman, to open this year’s Festival.

A galaxy of soloists will be performing including guest soloist Glyn Williams and the BBC Young Musician of the Year, Peter Moore, and their recently released programme is as follows:
