Johnstone to celebrate 175 not out

Johnstone Band will be celebrating its 175th year in 2009 and with lots events planned wants former players and friends to get in touch.

Johnstone Band from Johnstone in Renfrewshire will be celebrating their 175th anniversary next year.

The Scottish Band who will compete at Harrogate in September are planning lots of events to mark this significant anniversary and would like as many former members and friends of the band to get in touch so that they can be kept up to date with the plans.

The band are also appealing to anyone who may have photographs of the band from previous years. We would be delighted if anyone has photographs and other memorabilia to contact us by email to this address 175th@johnstonesilver.co.uk
