The Wessex Brass Band Association has recently commenced its programme of activities which will take place during the current year.

These activities started with a Steven Mead Week. Steven spent several days rehearsing some of our member bands, was a guest soloist at concerts given by two bands and also held a Workshop with the Association’s youth bands.

In August the Association is organising a Solo, Quartet and Ensemble Competition.

Workshops

During September the Association will be holding a series of Masterclasses and later in November a Conductors Workshop. And, at the beginning of December there will the annual Winter Festival.
