Exciting future for PolySteel youth

Slowly but surely for the new PolySteel Youth Band.

Polysrteel

After a successful joint concert with the PolySteel Senior band, the PolySteel Youth Band are looking forward to an exciting future.

Since it's formation in March 2008, the PYB looks set to be heading in the right direction under the baton of it's musical director Tom Davoren.

Moving in right direction

He told 4BR: "The band is slowly but very surely moving in the right direction. What we would love to see though are some more young players coming along to PYB so that we can fill the vacant seats that we have so far."

Fantastic atmosphere

Tom added; "There is a fantastic atmosphere within the band and already everybody feels that they are a part of something quite special. We have a number of gigs lined up for PYB which will include a performance on Sunday 15th June at Cardiff's Millennium Centre as part of their Sunday Bandstand Concert Series."
