WWW for Wotton

Wotton & District are now firmly on the WWW.

Wooton

The Wotton and District Band has unveiled its new website at www.wottonsilverband.co.uk to replace a previous one that had been in existence for five years.

Design and features

Website designer, Alistair Woodman, was given the task of producing a design that reflects the bands tradition of music making for over a 100 years. The new design is predominantly in the band colours of red and black.

Other features include a 'meet the band' section and a member's area. The new website will allow us to display more news and a greater number of photographs than was possible before.

The new website will allow us promote the band and publish the good work that we do in the local and surrounding communityChairman, Ian Ford

Comment

Chairman Ian Ford told 4BR: "We are very pleased with the professional appearance of the new website. The design shows that although we take music seriously, we are still very much a friendly group of people where anyone is welcome. The new website will allow us promote the band and publish the good work that we do in the local and surrounding community."
