Infinity at English Nationals

It's from here to Infinity at Preston as Robert Redhead's test piece is named for English Nationals.

It has been confirmed by the organisers of the English National Brass Band Championships, that Robert Redhead’s set work for the 2008 event is to be called ‘Infinity’.

Inspiration

The work draws its inspiration from 'Psalm 8' and seeks to portray the ‘majesty, eternal and infinite qualities of God’.

The line up of adjudicators has also been confirmed as Nigel Boddice, David Horsfield and Chris Wormald.

The event will take place on 28th June at Preston Guild Hall.
