Australian Euphonium Champion Matthew van Emmerik is due to release his CD ‘Neath Austral Skies at the Australian National Brass Band Championships.

Matthew van Emmerik has timed the release of his CD with the Australian Nationals.

On Speaking with 4BR Downunder Matt said, ‘Its great to have the final product ready for our biggest competition of the year, many of the solos on the CD have been performed in our national and state competitions and this is the first time they have been recorded. These solos are a huge part of our history and have also helped to shape repertoire by our pre-eminent Australasian composers.’

The CD will be available for sale from Greg Aitken and the Brass Music Specialist trade stand for the duration of the contest.

November 4 • We have vacancies for CORNETS, TROMBONES, 2ND HORN AND PERCUSSION. We are a welcoming, non contesting band who organising their own Spring and Christmas concerts and enjoy playing at local events throughout the year.
