Steve will still be directing the initial rehearsals but Paul Cosh, the bands professional conductor, will be heading their challenge at the areas.

Steve told 4BR: "I'm very proud to be playing with the band at the areas. The spirit and commitment towards in the band is excellent and we are all looking forward to a polished and musical performance at the contest. I will have to get my lip back in though!"
