Future 'Men O Brass' plans

After its return at Butlins Men O Brass plans are put in place not to lose them again for another 25 years.

Following the ‘Men of Brass’ concert last weekend at the Butlins Contest 4BR has been informed that both the Fodens and Fairey bands have received a great deal of praise and positive feedback for reigniting the return of the treasured all star brass band.

Gareth Westwood from Fodens told 4BR: "We would like to thank everyone who came to listen to the concert and imparted their kind words on us but rest assured, it wasn’t a one off!"

Inspired

Inspired by the response to the concert, plans have been put in place to ensure the successful initiative isn’t laid to rest for another 25 years.

Plans

Gareth added: "We have already started making plans for a CD project as well as having many more ‘Men of Brass’ concerts in the pipe line. Once again, the Fodens and Fairy bands would like to thank the supporters of last weeks concert and look forward to receiving the same wonderful reception at the next ‘Men of Brass’ venture."
