Six new players have added to the ranks of youth and experience at Dobcross Silver Band over the last few months.

Dobcross Silver Band has welcomed a host of new signings in recent months, adding to the mix of youth and experience that now packs the ranks of the Second Section North West band.

Signings

Roy Waite (Principal Cornet); Brad Kay (2nd Baritone); Drew Hudson (Timpani and percussion); Jayne Kaye (Tuned percussion); Liam Ashton (Eb Bass) and Freddie Pooley (Repiano) have all arrived and fitted in as the band looks forward to a busy Autmn schedule.

MD, Jason M Smith told 4BR: "I'm delighted that we continue to recruit a great mix of youth and experience. We have a progressive musical outlook and a full band line-up so the future looks very bright."
