Dunfermline City Band has announced the appointment of Davie Frame as its new Resident Conductor.

With a distinguished career as a trombonist at the highest level of Scottish brass banding, he brings extensive experience and expertise to the role and will work alongside Musical Director, Paul Dickens, with whom he has shared a longstanding professional relationship.

The band stated: "David looks forward to embracing this new challenge and working with the band as it continues to develop and progress."
