Although Black Dyke Band will not be competing in Kerkrade next weekend to try and claim the brass band version of the World Cup, they are offering their support to the England team in their bid to lift the iconic football trophy in the USA.

The Queensbury band is also managed by a 'foreign' coach of course — although in this case Welshman Prof Nicholas Childs is hoping that the musical accompaniment to the famous 'Three Lions' song will help Thomas Tuchel direct his team to victory in New York on Sunday 19th July.
