Red Admiral Hymn & March Contest to be live-streamed on NXTOD

There will be a live-stream broadcast of the Red Admiral Hymn & March Contest which takes place on Sunday 5th July.

Partnership

It continues a successful partnership between the organisers and NXTOD the popular on-demand broadcast arm of Next Step Films that has built up a growing following through its hosting of the Red Admiral Entertainment and Fleetwood Contests.

Now viewers will be able to enjoy each of the 14 competing bands both live and on demand on the NXTOD platform from 11.00am on the day. Each band will perform a road march, hymn tune and contest march.

Latest development

A spokesperson for Red Admiral Music Academy told 4BR: "This is the latest development in our growing partnership with Next Step Films/NXTOD, which now includes live streaming of each of the Red Admiral Contests.

Later this year that will include our popular Entertainment Contest (26th September) with the Fleetwood Contest (17th April 2027) already booked in. We are extremely grateful for the support from Next Step Films for our work and the promotion of grassroots banding!"
