Originally written as the finale to Mozart's 1774 bassoon concerto, this delightful Rondo (Tempo di menuetto) has been adapted by Jack Lythaby for the Eb horn.
Wit and charm
Transposed into C major for the soloist, the arrangement preserves all of Mozart's trademark wit and charm, giving soloists the opportunity to showcase their classical phrasing, rhythmic precision, and crisp articulation.
It is also eligible to be performed for the BrookWright International Solo Contest.
