The RNCM in Manchester not only hosted its showcase International Brass Band Festival last weekend, but will also welcome an equally important 'Day of Percussion' on Sunday 8th February.

4BR Editor Iwan Fox spoke with Simone Rebello, Director of Percussion at the RNCM to find out more about a day packed day of performance and activity — and open to players of all ages and abilities.

Simone explained that there will the opportunity to listen, learn, participate and simply enjoy a series of workshops, clinics and concerts.
